Shopping, public transportation, private underground parking, sightseeing, the University, the library, the Winter Circus, wining and dining are all in walking distance. You can unlock the key to Gent on foot. Facing the front side of the building, there is a living/dining area with an open and fully equipped kitchen. The high ceilings and the natural light that fills the apartment give you a very pleasant and specious feeling. In the back of the flat there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room. In addition, there is a common outdoor area where you can enjoy a slow morning with a cup of coffee and a book, as long as the weather permits!
