If you are looking for a location to stay in the heart of medieval Ghent at the feet of the Gravensteen Castle, then our “Lodge” might be the perfect place for you !!!   De Waterzooi Lodge is a charming 16 th century, two bedroom house that has been completely renovated. The two floor apartment, about 100m2, is furnished and fully equipped.   It has a living room with digital TV, dining room, toilet, equipped kitchen and a terrace on the first floor. Two bedrooms with digital TV and airconditioning, separate toilet, bathroom (two sinks & bath with rain shower) and a terrace, on the second floor. Caution: There are a lot of steps and stairs !!!   The house can be rented for max two persons, adults only.   Rental price  € 2400/month , (vat incl) a minimum of one month.   Included are: High speed internet. Digital TV Water, electricity and gas.  For the max consumption of € 300/month. Linnen for beds & kitchen. Towels & bathrobe. Cleaning & linnen exchange: Bi-weekly.   Optional are: Private parking : € 150/month (vat incl) Extra cleaning : € 27/hour (vat incl) Extra bed linnen: € 15/bed (vat incl) Extra towels & kitchen linnen set : € 15   Are not included: Local tax is not included, the city applies a tax for each temporary resident whiteout official domicile in Ghent.   Obligatory end cleaning: € 110 (vat incl)
